Shipping Information
Shipping Outside California
We are now able to ship to most states where the shipping company has licensing.
When you order, we will charge your credit card only for the wine. The
shipping company, WW Shipping Solutions (707-559-5900), then charges your card
directly for shipping when the order goes out.
It is risky to ship by ground because we can’t control the storage conditions at stopover points. Because of this, the standard method for shipping outside California is two-day air. The chart below gives you an estimate of shipping costs depending upon distance, i.e. which zone you live in.

Business vs. Residential Delivery
Whenever possible, we recommend shipping your wine order to your work place or other nearby business rather than to your home. UPS charges an additional $5.00 for delivery to home addresses because it often requires repeated attempts to make home deliveries.
It is unlawful for the shipper to simply leave wine packages on your doorstep; rather, an adult signature is required.
When you order, we will charge your credit card for the wine and UPS Ground Shipping. Business or residential delivery charges apply. In placing your order you are certifying to us that you are at least 21. Approximate shipping fees are:

Terms and Conditions
Alcoholic Beverages, such as wine, may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person who will accept delivery is at least 21 years old. ID and a signature will be required for delivery. This wine is sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We can make no representation of legal rights for anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California.
You, the buyer, are solely responsible for the shipment of wine into your state and you assume all obligations for compliance with your state’s laws. By placing an order you are authorizing us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Our wine is produced in limited amounts and availability may be subject to change without notice.
